It’s no secret that Mexico City is full of museums that preserve and teach us about our history. However, there are fun ways to explore them, like the Museum Rally, which will have another edition in 2025.
Through different activities in some of the most popular museums along the Alameda-Revolución route, you can break out of your routine for a day and spend a weekend unlike any other. Check out all the details to attend!
When is the last Museum Rally of 2025?
From childhood, we are encouraged to visit some of the many museums nearby. It’s a way to expand our knowledge of history, culture, and science without necessarily having to open a book.
In fact, some people enjoy it so much that they decide to visit regularly to discover new additions or exhibitions, which are usually only on display for a limited time.
In a world where technology is present in so many spaces, a museum is the perfect place to disconnect and experience information firsthand. But this time that’s not all, because the famous Museum Rally 2025 is returning once again before the year ends.
The event will take place this Saturday, November 29th at 11:00 a.m., and it has been confirmed that the activity includes a tour of 19 museums that make up this circuit.
Participation is completely free, and you must complete your visits shortly before 4:00 p.m., as the final meeting will be held at the Museum of Popular Art at that time, where there will be surprises for the winners.
How to participate?
The first thing you should do is assemble a team of up to four people with your family or friends, visit the official registration website, and fill out the application with all the required information.
The map of the museums included in this event will be emailed to participants. However, this will only happen after registration is complete.
Next, you’ll need to choose the museums you want to visit that day from the official map. You must stay together from the beginning and remain together until the end of the rally; otherwise, you will be disqualified.
At each museum, you must ask for the corresponding clue, and for this, you must all stay together. Each team must have their registration form and printed map with them so they can collect stamps and advance.
Prizes or awards will be presented that day at the final museum, which is the closing ceremony for this 2025 Museum Rally. How exciting!
