Authorities reported that the water coming from a drain was managed to be drained after a while.

On Friday, Sept. 17th, a strong hailstorm covered the streets of Mexico City with ice, for this reason, the extreme weather conditions caused floodings at the Mexico City International Airport (AICM).

Videos on social networks captured the moment when water came out ‘gushing’ from the sewer of one of the terminals that are inside the airport, in the footage, it is also possible to appreciate how a stream of water, caused a man who passed by the place, fall victim to the current and end up on the floor.

Around 6:00 p.m. on Friday, an intense rain with hail fell in various municipalities of Mexico City, for which the yellow alert was activated by the Secretariat for Comprehensive Risk Management and Civil Protection.

Through social networks, Internet users managed to capture the rain and hail falling hard on the streets.
