Mexico, with high land value
Mexico City continues to have the most expensive square meter, over Monterrey or Guadalajara and remains at the top of the most expensive in Latin America.
This is highlighted in an analysis prepared by the Finance Research Center of the Torcuato Di Tella University (UTDT) with information collected by the Navent company in six Latin American countries (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru).
In Mexico City, the Anzures, Colonia del Valle, Polanco, Roma, Napoles, and Condesa colonies were considered as having the highest land value.
According to the monthly Index data, the most expensive neighborhood in CDMX is Polanco, with an average rental cost of 21,793 pesos.
