The glamping experience has gained popularity in recent years, and now you can enjoy it without getting our of the city.
Spending the night in the middle of the silence in the forest, gazing at the stars from your bed, is already possible in Mexico City. The Ajustco National Park is home to the recently opened bubble hotel, Alpino Bubble.
Glamping has been gaining popularity among nature lovers, who also want to enjoy comfortable stays in the midst of paradisiacal landscapes. For this reason, this first bubble hotel, located south of the country’s capital, offers its clients a unique stay, close to nature. And it is perfect to take a ‘escape’ and get out of the routine.
The property has two rooms: Deluxe Bubble of 40 m2, and Standard Bubble of 25 m2, both with capacity for two people and have all the amenities that a conventional hotel room might have. The bubble is equipped with surround sound to make your stay in this place more pleasant; it even integrates a telescope to be able to see the stars.
One of the aspects that stand out in its design is the decoration, focused on showing crafts originating in different states, such as Oaxaca, Durango and Puebla: with this, it seeks to highlight a Mexican identity.
For lovers of unique experiences, the bubble hotel offers different services, such as the ‘outdoor cinema’ where you can enjoy a pleasant evening while watching a movie, as well as a barbecue area and bonfire area that will allow you to add a touch special to your experience.
Similarly, Alpino Bubble offers its guests a number of recreational activities to explore the surroundings – for example, taking a tour of the Xitle Volcano lava tunnels, mountain biking, hiking, or climbing to the top of the Pico del Águila— always accompanied by certified guides.
Now, you can enjoy glamping in this bubble hotel right in Mexico City.
